Current Assistant Coach Royce Silverwood will be the Head Coach for the Boys' Volleyball team when they begin their season this spring.
"We are excited to announce Royce Silverwood as our new Head Coach of the Boys' Volleyball program," Athletic Director Scott Molfenter said. "With his experience, leadership skills, and passion for the sport, we are confident that he will inspire our student-athletes to reach new heights both on and off the court. Coach Silverwood's dedication to developing not only athletic talent, but also strong character, will be invaluable in shaping our program's future success. We look forward to the positive impact he will make on our volleyball program and the Archbishop Carroll community."
Silverwood has been on Coach Tim O' Brien's staff for the past two seasons as an assistant with the girls' team.
"Royce has been an integral part of boys' volleyball in the area for a very long time," O' Brien said. "His dedication and work with the St. Bridig School Boys' Volleyball team has led to many great players at Carroll. Royce has always been involved with the sport and has been a great supporter of Carroll Volleyball."
